Daily Currency Strength and Weakness Analysis

USD is the strongest currency, took another knock yesterday.
AUD is the 2nd strongest currency, continuing its bullish trend.
NZD is the 3rd strongest currency, showing some strength again.
CAD is the 4th strongest currency, pulling back again.

GBP is the weakest currency, weakening slightly after it showed some strength.
JPY is the 2nd weakest currency, pulling back some more.
EUR is the 3rd weakest currency, sideways at the moment.
CHF is the 4th weakest currency, slowing down in its bearish run.

Ideal currency pairs seem to be:

AUDJPY (Long), EURAUD (Short), AUDCHF (Long) and GBPAUD (Short)

Traders note: As you can see all the suggested pairs have the AUD in it, taking all these trades is overexposure. We need to analyze the strength of each pair’s trend before we decide in which two pairs to trade. The Ichimoku on an h4 chart is a very reliable way to determine the trend’s strength.

Happy Trading!!
